The Salvation Army has an active motorcycle ministry.  Below is a brief description of the Ministry.

Support members:  must be a Christian Biker from outside of The Salvation Army church who testifies of being led by God to ride with The Salvation Army Motorcycle Ministry members to assist in caring out its mission. A Support Member must be sponsored by a Regular Member of TSAMM.

A Support Member is not a commissioned member and does not wear the 12” round back patch, but is permitted to wear a 4” version of the Back Patch on the front of their riding apparel.

Regular members: Must testify of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and of a calling from God to reach out specifically to the Motorcycle Commuity for the purpose of offering Salvation through Jesus Christ and for serving their needs in His Name. Must become commissioned or warranted as a Men's Ministry Member by the Corps Officer and the Corps Council in order to participate in the special service of ministry among bikers and during biker events.

Finances: There are no dues to be collected from the membership and no seperate bank account to be maintained by the group. Any money raised or donated through the Motorcycle Ministry outreach work shall be surrendered to the Corps Officer and be deposited into the regular corps account. All official expenditures shall be processed through the regular Corps Accounting System by authorized Salvation Army personnel only.
